Business Success Principle of the Day: “Personal Connection”. In my profession, I find that a personal connection is crucial. People may buy a training course or educational product just from a website, but they generally don’t hire a mentor without “feeling the love”. A recorded video works OK, but it is not nearly as effective as a video conversation or even a phone call.

Implementation: What about your business? Are you able to establish a connection and make the sale without a one-on-one conversation? Are you able to build a connection with a phone conversation, or is better to meet face-to-face or via video conferencing?
