Spirit is a common term: we admire team Spirit and the human Spirit and do things to elevate our Spirit. To me, however, the term is synonymous with God, Source, the Universe, etc. I seek to be In the Spirit and One with Spirit every moment of the day. The wonderful thing is that the incredible positive energy that flows through me isn’t really mine – it’s ours, and you can be In the Spirit and One with Spirit, too.
