From an engineering point of view, Energy comes in many forms: electrical, mechanical, chemical, thermal, or nuclear, and can be transformed from one form to another. It also may be potential (at rest) or kinetic (in motion). From a humanistic point of view, Energy also takes many forms: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and may also be dormant or in motion. Focus some time today on building your Energy resources through diet, rest, exercise, and contemplation, and then using your Energy wisely to accomplish something of value to yourself and others.
