It is said that “the devil is in the details”, which means to me that the facts that must be acknowledged and the tasks necessary to accomplish your goals can be quite challenging. In practice, I find that creating effectively requires a delicate dance from the Vision to the Details! You have to keep focused on the big picture and deal with the details one at a time.
