Being Present, not regretting the past or worrying about the future, is a skill that can be learned. Meditation and other exercises that focus the awareness help us build the skill. And when we learn to be Present, life is far less stressful and becomes filled with Love and Light. Practice being Present. It is one the most important and beneficial things you will ever do.
