Diplomacy is a great skill that can be developed by thinking of the other person's fears and desires, and being sensitive to them. It took me a long time to get out of my own head and become a Diplomatic person - how about you?  

One of the most amazing things about life is how often the pictures we hold in our minds become manifest in physical form. So it is wise to Visualize positive things coming our way: success, prosperity, health, peace, and great relationships to start!  

On the business side, my top Icon is Richard Branson. On the spiritual side, it is Eckhart Tolle. Who are your Icons? Do they deserve your respect and/or devotion?

I find it most interesting that some people feel comfortable charging $1,000 per hour for their services, and others only $50 per hour. A lot of the difference is in the self-image of the professional and the market they want to attract. Who do you want to attract? What fee structure will attract them?
