Sometimes things Mend themselves, but most of the time it takes a decision and focused action to repair damaged but valuable things. Relationships are at the top of my list of things to Mend when damaged in some way!

Energy of the Day: Healthy

There are many things we can do to enhance our Health: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and employing ways to reduce stress are at the top of most people's list. Make a list of your Healthy habits, and then add something to it today. You can never be too Healthy!
