It often takes a second pair of eyes (or an instrument) to spot defects. And a formal Inspection process sends the vital message that quality is important. That which is measured, improves.  

In sales, we work to create an Irresistible offer by piling on the value and pointing it out repeatedly to the prospect. After a while, they decide to buy!  

An Intention without focused action, and even massive effort if required, is just a dream.

I am only Certain about a few things in life - and one of them is the enormous love I have for others. And yes, that includes you. :-)
