I get excited over a lot of things. Riding roller coasters, singing in front large audiences, and giving speeches always get my heart beating a little faster while putting a smile on my face. But little things excite me too - like frozen grapes and the laughter of children. What Excites you?

Sometimes Quality is measurable, and other times it is subjective. Sometimes we let others tell us which products and services have the highest Quality, and sometimes we decide for ourselves. Is it time to raise your Quality standards?
