Some people pontificate about the difference between happiness and Joy, and in doing so, seem a little less Joyous in the process. 🙂 For me, any word that describes a mindset of pleasure, laughter, and light-heartedness is a Joyous word. So use whatever words you want, and do whatever you need to do, to return to a Joyous state!
