When you are pessimistic, you are encouraging yourself and your team to give up. After all, there’s no point in putting forth a massive effort if you don’t see much of a chance of success. On the other hand, if you are Optimistic and confident of success, you inspire yourself and others to take the very actions required to manifest that which you desire. Make sure you are creating, through your actions and attitudes, the outcomes you want!
